A Chinese calligraphy in ink on silk by the Qianlong Emperor. It has 2 Imperial seals, and is mounted on a silk backing with wooden dowels. Dimensions are: 55 1/4 inches tall X 21 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: The calligraphy has pulled threads in the silk. Provenance: From Mrs. Gerber in Las Vegas, who had an import/export business in Hong Kong during the 1970s and 1980s. She frequently traveled between mainland China and Beijing.
