A Chinese green jadeite charger dating from the 18th century. The charger is incised and lined with gold paint. The interior has the 8 Buddhist emblems around a double lotus medallion in the center. The exterior is decorated with 8 trios of peaches with another double lotus on the base. Dimensions are: 1 3/4 inches tall X 12 1/8 inches in diameter. All measurements are approximate. Condition: It is in good condition with very minor ware to some painted areas. Provenance: Purchased from Ashkenazie & Co, a famous San Francisco, CA Jade Gallery.
