Finely potted of ten-lobed mallow form with gently flaring sides resting on a countersunk base of corresponding form, applied evenly overall with a deep sacrifical-red glaze, pooling to a dark crimson tone on the interior and thinning to white towards the rim and the foot, the white base inscribed in underglaze blue with a dated calligraphy in regular script, 7.6 inch wide.
