The wide globular lower body rising from a short spreading foot to a smaller upper globular section with short narrow neck, brightly painted around the exterior in rich cobalt-blue tones with characteristic 'heaping and piling' effect with meandering leafy vines bearing double-gourds, the base left unglazed revealing the buff stoneware burnt orange in the firing, 19.3 inch high.
