款识：临曾伯□簠铭文。辛未九秋，福厂王禔。|钤印：王禔私印（白）福厂五十后书（朱）|签条：王福厂篆屏。 |识文：曾伯□哲圣元武，元武孔黹，克狄淮夷，印燮繁汤，金道锡行，具既卑方……于我皇且文考，天赐之福。|作者简介：王禔（1880～1960），初名寿祺，字维季，更名禔，号福厂，别署罗剎江民，七十后号持默老人，斋名麋研斋，浙江杭州人。精训诂、词章、金石、书画之学，工篆刻，时与吴昌硕、赵叔孺有并美之誉，为西泠印社创始人之一。
