Two glass snuff bottles


18th/19th centuryThe first a ruby red bottle in compressed globular form, possibly Imperial, attributed to the Beijing Palace Workshops; the second a rounded amethyst glass bottle, the main sides with two opposing reserves framing ritual bronze vessels and an inscription, separated by faux lion mask-and-ring handles on the narrow sides. 1 5/8 and 2 1/4in (4.2 and 5.7cm) high
