20th centuryOf flattened circular form, the neck supporting elephant head handles suspending carved loose rings, an elephant and double fish carved in relief in shaped reserves on the opposing walls, the foot flanked by two boys crouching amongst rockwork, the conforming lid topped with a rounded knob; the stone of an even white hue with pale russet patches. 6 1/2in (16.5cm) high
