|撇口，细颈，削肩，圈足。颈部饰蕉叶纹、缠枝花纹以及如意云头纹，底端绕体一圈变体莲纹。腹部饰青花芭蕉竹石图，以秀石、翠竹、蕉叶、萱草、兰花构成了一幅寓意吉祥的“五瑞图”，生机盎然，趣味别致。全器造型隽美典雅，线条流畅，胎质坚致细腻，釉面光洁莹润，青花发色淡雅，纹饰描绘细腻，笔意娴熟，层次丰富。其中，竹石芭蕉俱见神采，点涂技法淋漓尽致，布局疏朗得当，尽得雍正乾隆两朝青花之遗韵，为清宫陈设瓷之经典，其画工、神韵又为后世历朝难以企及。底书“大清嘉庆年制”青花款。青花竹石芭蕉图玉壶春瓶，又称“青花三友瓶”，清代官窑瓷器最为传统的器形之一，自雍正朝始烧。同款瓶最早见于元代。
