|说明：宋徽宗在《大观茶论》中称：“盏色贵青黑，玉毫条达者为上。”蔡襄等一些宋代名士也对兔毫盏极尽赞美，如《茶录》中提到：“茶色白，宜黑盏，建安所造者绀黑纹如兔毫，其坯微厚，继之久，热难冷，最为妥用，出他处者皆不及也”。又如苏东坡在《送南屏谦师》中云：“道人绕出南屏山，来试点茶三昧乎；忽惊午盏兔毫斑，打出春瓮鹅儿酒。”可见，建窑盏在当时已身价不菲，兔毫更是万分名贵。
