财神是藏传佛教最为重要的护法神灵体系之一，因其能令佛教信众财利丰足，不被贫困所扰，而倍受广大佛教僧俗崇奉，此尊就表现了藏传佛教众多财神中最为世人熟知的黄财神法相。此尊束高发髻，佩戴五叶冠饰。面庞丰肥，浓眉紧蹙，双目圆睁，嘴唇肥厚，呈现忿怒护法形象。上身躯体健硕，四肢粗壮，佩戴钏镯等饰物。左手臂弯处夹住吐宝鼠，右手持牟尼宝，为黄财神的典型标志。下身着宽松长裤，游戏坐于莲花座之上。整像铜质莹润，做工稚拙，尤其是黄财神未如普通造象一般直接坐于莲座之上，而是坐在向四方倾泻财富的宝瓶之上，其寓意非常吉祥，也颇显此像制作者的匠心独具。
