Founded in 1999, F.P. Journe first unveiled acollection of wristwatches bearing his name and the company's motto in Latin - Invenit et Fecit meaning "Invented and Made". Journe's intellect and deep understanding of his craft ensure that each of his creations ismeticulously made with his direct involvement on the watchmaker's bench and under his careful scrutiny. In fact, the manufacture of the case, dial and movement is all controlled by Journe, ensuring very small annual production numbers, in the range of approximately 900 pieces of his meticulously, hand-finished wristwatches. The movements of Journe's wristwatches are crafted in 18k pink gold, as seen in the above twoexamples, whilst the dials are also made in 18k white gold and hand-engraved and finished.The two present exquisite F.P.
