Ming DynastySkilfully carved as a boy wearing a loose tunic, his face rendered with a smiling and relaxed expression, his left hand holding a whisk around his back and leaning on his right shoulder, his other hand petting a cat, the stone of milky white tone with russet inclusions cleverly used to denote the trousers, box. 3.5cm (1 3/8in) high (2).
