Of cartouche design, centrally set with a step-cut emerald, clustered by old brilliant-cut diamonds within a scrolling floral surround of old brilliant, single and rose-cut diamonds, suspending a drop-shaped pearl measuring 10.9 x 8.4 x 7.8mm, diamonds approximately 3.65 carats total, emerald approximately 1.40 carats, brooch attachable to become a pendant, width 5.9cm
