Tibet, 16th/17th centuryThe ritual thunderbolt-form implement with four arching prongs between a connecting central section with lotus lappets; the bell with a single vajra handle, cast to the exterior with lanca characters, bejewelled swags and further double vajra. The ghanta: 15cm (5 7/8in) high (2).
