题识：辛亥冬日，丁衍庸写。|印鉴：叔旦 |作者介绍：丁衍庸（1902—1978），名丁鸿，字叔旦，号肖虎，广东茂名人。著名画家、篆刻家。1949年移居香港，先后在德明书院、珠海、香江等学校任教。擅长油画，推崇野兽派大师马蒂斯，并具有深厚的人体素描基础，色彩明快，线条简练，有“东方马蒂斯”之称。兼擅中国画，在花鸟画上师朱耷、徐渭、金农之特点，新颖、活跃、纯真，自成一格。在山水画上笔触明快豪放，布局别致，留白巧妙，设色沉毅，意境深邃。在人物画上笔墨精练，洒脱入神。也擅草书，笔势奔驰苍劲。
