此件唐卡背面附张学良亲笔签名，上图主尊所绘乃释迦牟尼万乘之尊，慈祥庄严，结跏坐像，着纯金外袍，左手捧钵，右手覆于右膝，指头解地，乃降魔印，以示降伏魔众。诸佛菩萨及金刚环绕四周，天人驾祥云游弋，众极乐世界居民齐享大安乐，共获正果。该件藏品画面用笔系多年来所见唐卡中最为完美者，层次分明，细节精准；场面恢宏，人物众多。画面中以朱砂为底，大面积施以纯金描于“众佛衣襟、花卉纹饰、瑞兽祥和”等场景。布局有序，庄严肃穆。保存较好。
