仲宪大人钧鉴------愚表弟宗凤顿首二十日午刻|说明：萧宗凤顺天府宛平人。鹿传霖表弟。同治十二年(1873)举人，签分户部学习,期满奏留。历任户部主事、员外郎。光绪十六年(1890)鹿传霖抚陕期间，暴雨成灾，洪水泛滥，委派萧宗凤协同候补知府宫尔铎等专事河工。光绪二十四年(1898)随同鹿传霖调任广东负责河道监理及水利设施的维修和建设。光绪三十年(1904)因病卒。|
