Red specimen overprints, POC's and "00000" serial numbers. Small red printing on upper right margin of face reads " 12-21-49 FP and back "12-21-49 BB. Front is purple with portrait of Sukarno in middle, back is gray-black with farmer plowing with oxen. Gem Uncirculated condition. Evidently Indonesia did not accept this issue.
