The exterior vividly decorated with hand-painting in WuCai design, the enamels are opaque and there is a wider repertoire of colors, by applying variety of five-colored pigments depicted Mandarin Ducks wandering amidst lotus blooms and foliate. Its rim banded with dense of floral scrolling pattern. The foot bordered with geometrical ruyi lappets motif ribbon. The underside left unglazed, with pale-creme base spotted firing marks and edge-cut foot rim.
