|备注：洪永舟题||项文彦，字幼平，号蔚如，山阳（今江苏淮安人）善山水，笔致苍劲，墨气淹润，近承二王远参倪黄，俱得神似。间作墨梅，亦饶冷逸之趣。工人物，尤善仕女。光绪六年（1880）黄河决口，积鬻画赀二千余金助赈，全活甚众。光绪十七年（1891）尝仿徐幼文（贲）山水图，二十四年（1898）尚在。
