款识：“大清道光年制”六字三行篆书款 说明：圆口短颈方身，仿玉琮制式，腹上部两侧贴饰双象形耳，象鼻衔环，雕刻精致，圈足，胎体厚重，造型周正挺拔，凝润敦厚，静穆古朴。体量适宜，制器严谨，比例均衡，线条利落简洁，考究端庄。底署「大清道光年制」六字三行篆书款。象耳方瓶是乾隆朝开始流行的一种瓶式，自烧造之时直至晚清，历代官窑都有生产，是清代官窑的传统品种。因器形方正，瓶侧饰象耳，故又有「太平有象」之吉祥寓意。
