|附手书凭据一份||2纸||提要：所谓“契尾”，即官署统一印制的典买文契，也即税契凭证。是土地、房屋交易经官府登记并纳税后，由官府填发的一种文书，作为地契、房契等的重要附件。“契尾”前半幅上除刻有有关法律条款以便对照执行外，还写明业户姓名，买卖田地(或房产)数目，价银。后半幅在年代处钤官印，以备投税时将契价、税银数目，用大写字填在钤印之处。然后，当着业户面将骑字截为两幅。把前半幅粘贴在白契上，交给业户收执，后半幅交给官府查核。此契尾为明万暦四十年歙县人朱天钟转卖自家土地之凭据，正件与附件皆钤有官印“歙县之印”数方以及关防印一方。
