钤印： 福建等处承宣布政使司之印(4) |1纸||提要：“正实收”为封建政府捐官之凭证。此函为光绪三十年六月福建承宣布政使司因闽省水灾，急需赈济，特开纳捐一途，以募集资材。福建省延平府尤溪县人蒋英华以四十三两二钱捐得文监生一职，以此正实收为凭据。上钤官印四枚，并朱笔批复，为研究清末纳捐制度的重要文献。
