拍品为乾隆时期西藏地区仿雪堆白风格造像，观音立于莲台之上，身姿曼妙，为标准的三折姿，左手垂于身侧，右手举于胸前施说法印。其发髻高耸，头戴宽大的宝冠，佩戴璎珞，腰间长裙轻盈贴体，錾刻缠枝花卉纹为饰，并嵌金银，颇为华丽精细。造像姿态优美，原铜色包浆古雅，给人以独特的审美感受。
雪堆白是西藏地区官办佛教造像作坊，始建于五世达赖喇嘛时期，旧址位于布达拉宫脚下，主要为布达拉宫及其周边寺庙服务。雪堆白造像承袭帕拉遗风，以做工精细、独具巧思而闻名，代表西藏地区造像的最高水平。
