青白玉料，扁平體，圓形。璧上端透雕出廓雙龍紋，雙龍相背相連，交錯上方以卷雲紋裝飾。雙龍紋飾相同，回首、浮雕凸眼、獨角上卷、龍嘴作尖狀向下勾起，雙龍曲身卷尾。璧面飾蒲紋，內、外邊緣碾琢輪廓線。 本件為宋代仿戰漢之際的玉雕作品，出廓雙龍造型較為扁長，與戰漢時期略有不同。再如本器龍身修長婉轉，帶有纖秀飄逸之感，亦與戰漢之際玉龍威猛之態有所差異。不同社會風氣下誕生迥異的器物風格，宋代仿古之作品融入當朝之時代特色，將本件玉雕呈現的秀麗生動，玲瓏剔透。
