The top rail terminating in chilong heads,supported on two tall posts,flanked at top by reticulated design of squirrels among floral scrolls and fruits,and framing an rectangular reticulated panel of liuhai and golden toad,above an floral scroll design apron,connected to the basin stand formed by wheel-shaped stretchers comprised of six spokes,the top of legs terminating in lotus bud finials; the interior of the basin is finely painted with the scene of leafy peony blossoms issuing from the rockbase below two flying butterflies encircled by double-line.
