|此像造工精细，达摩低眉垂目，神情容貌威严，身材伟岸，双手拢袖于胸前，衣袍随风飘曳，皱褶流畅自然，赤足立于波涛之上，雕工逼真灵动，取材于达摩一苇渡江的故事。塑像胎体厚重，瓷质坚实，通体施窑变釉，釉面釉质细腻匀净，釉彩流淌如云如霓，与胎骨结合紧密浑然一体，呈色温润雅致，手袖起棱处色淡露胎，剔透光滑，气象万千，如梦如幻，如痴如醉。当为乾隆朝造像中不可多得之作，具有极高的收藏、研究、经济价值。
